About the Founders of ABC Nutrition

Sara M. Galbraith and Robin Williams are the founders of ABC Nutrition.

Sara Galbraith

Sara Galbraith, RD, LD, co-founder of ABC Nutrition, is a Registered Dietitian and an Exercise Specialist, holding a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Florida. Sara holds certifications in adult and pediatric weight management and certificate of completion in Nutrition Therapy for Children with Autism Spectrum disorder and certificates in Children with feeding problems.
Sara has worked in many different areas of nutrition and exercise including developmentally delayed adults and children; treatment centers for drug, alcohol, and mental health;hospitals; corporate wellness; weight loss consulting; breast cancer education; research; and personal training.  

Sara is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Georgia Dietetic Association, Dietetics in Developmental and Psychiatric Disorders

Robin Williams

Robin Williams, MS, RD, LD, co-founder of ABC Nutrition, holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Louisiana Tech University. Robin has worked as a nutrition consultant and a dietitian in numerous health related arenas including hospitals; long term care facilities; day cares for developmentally delayed children, and treatment centers for drug, alcohol, mental health, and developmentally delayed adults.

Robin has also guided numerous individuals and families to reach and maintain their health related goals through personal consultations. In 2001, Robin was named Young Dietitian of the Year for Memphis, TN, and has appeared numerous times on the NBC news affiliate in the Memphis area. Through public relations agencies such as Weber Shandwick and GolinHarris International, she has served as a media expert and spokesperson for clients such as The Florida Grapefruit Growers and the National Milk Mustache Campaign/Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Race for the Cure.
