Sara Galbraith
Sara is a mother of three boys (5y/o, 3y/o twins) and married to her husband Shannon of 9yrs. Sara is a registered dietitian and licensed in the state of Georgia. She is the owner of ABC Nutrition. In addition to being a Registered Dietitian, Sara is an Exercise Specialist.
Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Florida. She completed her dietetic internship experience at Georgia State University in Atlanta. Sara holds certifications in adult and pediatric weight management and certificate of completion in Nutrition Therapy for Children with Autism Spectrum disorder. Sara has been working with special needs children and adults since 1995.
Sara currently owns ABC Nutrition which provides nutrition services to children and adults with special needs in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. She provides caretakers with the guidance they need to assist with nutrition for their loved ones. Sara has lectured for Lorman Education services, schools and many other organizations in the Atlanta area.
Sara is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Georgia Dietetic Association, Governors Council on Developmental Disabilities, and Dietetics in Developmental and Psychiatric Disorders Sara is currently serving on the board for Dietetics in developmentally and Psychiatric Disorders, an American Dietetic Association specialty group.
Jacy Pitts
Jacy Pitts, MS, RD/LD, holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nutrition from the University of Georgia. Jacy has worked primarily in pediatric nutrition for the past five years in hospital, outpatient, community, school, and home health care settings. Children with food allergies, developmental delay, poor or excessive weight gain, chronic gastrointestinal issues, autism spectrum, ADD/ADHD, high cholesterol levels, and more have special nutrition needs that can be challenging for caregivers. Nutrition therapy with a registered dietitian can have significant, positive impacts on a child’s growth, overall health, behavior, and self-esteem. Jacy has worked with many Atlanta parents facing these issues to get their children on the right nutrition path. Jacy recognizes that each client is unique, and strives to provide clients with information, resources, and goals that are tailored to their needs and lifestyle.
In the research arena, Jacy has participated in market research panels to evaluate new pediatric food products. She recently worked with a nationwide study investigating cancer-related weight and appetite loss. She also developed and implemented a nutrition education program across five counties in northeast Georgia for her Master’s thesis.
Jacy is ServSafe certified in safe food handling and preparation, and is a certified instructor for the course. She is available to provide nutrition seminars on a variety of topics.
Jessica DeLos Reyes
Jessica DeLos Reyes, RD, LD, received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Dietetics from Michigan State University. She has worked in many different facets of the nutrition field including diet & cancer prevention research; geriatric nutrition; food-service management; prenatal & pediatric nutrition; dialysis; nutrition for the developmentally delayed; and individual weight loss consulting. Jessica is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Greater Atlanta Dietetic Association. She enjoys working as a Dietitian and is committed to helping clients achieve their health related goals.
